Can I move my license to a different domain?
License keys bind to your store's domain on first activation. Moving domains requires a quick support request to unbind — there's no self-service re-bind yet.
What happens if the license server is briefly unreachable?
IntelliDesc caches your last successful license check and keeps working for up to 30 minutes offline before requiring a fresh check.
Is there a limit on bulk generation?
Bulk requests process in small batches (3 products by default) with a short delay between them, to respect AI provider rate limits.
